Good food Most of the people were great but there's a few who need to be fired. But as I stated many were nice and pleasant.

They use to be good now they are just okay place. I’ve been going for almost a year. This was my last time. I called for plain pie pick up and was told 15 min. I arrive and I’m waiting for almost 40 min. Guys behind the counter laughing and talking about girls in a disrespectful way. Finally I got my pie, burnt on bottom, literally dry because was way over cooked. I’m guessing thats because they were talking too much. You’ve lost a customer.
People there are very nice, but for some reason the food wasn't as good as it used to be. Cheese steak tasted like onions & Italian hotdog was mostly bread.
Very upset and disappointed ordered a pie with sausage. When I arrived the pie was burnt cracked and blackened crust , when I told the cashier the pizza looks burnt he replied this is the way we make it.. When I finally got a chance to taste the pizza it was rubbery it tasted like they took an old pizza and just added sausage to it. The owner needs to quality check his business. Patronize them for years two incidents in a row, never going back
First time ordering from this place and I love it. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad with garlic knots and it was so good. Also the ordering and delivery process was smooth, easy and fast. Will be ordering from here again.
Staff is always polite and respectful. My family have been ordering various dishes from Glendale's for many years. Chicken cheese steaks and Sicilians are great!
