Very upset with the service I received today. Ordered at 1:14pm didn’t get my order until 1:57pm. Only 2 guys working and they continued to take orders but overlooked my order. Definitely not a happy customer. Also my order was wrong and drinks were cold there needs to be a manager on site especially if people are training.
Asked for a vanilla chia spice tea. First time he said this is your tea. Ended up being a black coffee. Went back to get my tea and still was wrong. Smh.

Messed up my order. Couldn't process a refund. I waited 30 minutes for an egg and cheese, never got it. Left this place in disgust of the service and lack of cleanliness. Worst experience I've ever had at any Dunkin.
Regular coffee, regular service! Sometimes the milk test disgusting, like old! They close to early!
