Me and my family ordered from DoorDash and when I tell you SO many things were missing. My cousins only got rice and chicken in their burrito bowls, and I order a chicken quesadilla that only contained chicken, no cheese, no tortilla. We also received uncooked rice.

I ordered 4 meals online, went to pick it up was told they did not have my order, I showed the charge and stores location to manager who left it up to me to call corporate office to resolve and was told to get in the long line to place a new order although no refund gad been provided for the first 4 meals I was charged. I called corporate office and representative confirmed for the manager that my order was valid and was sent to that location, but they were unable or unwilling or on something that prevented them from understanding her. I requested a refund from corporate office and left the restaurant an hour later with no food. Will never step foot in there again if I could I'd provide a million negative stars to this chipotle.

The portions here can be WILD. Extra sour cream be careful you might drown. Not necessarily upset about it but DAMN they go in on the portions. Food was good, wait okay, people were nice.

No Salad Dressing once again.Ordered on the app due to the line always being long. I ordered a salad. Upon my arrival I looked into the bag and noticed that there was no dressing inside. I asked the cashier for dressing who stated that they had none. I was forced to buy dressing to not eat a dry salad. Once opening the container I noticed they forgot my $3 worth of Guacamole.

I put on the comments to let them know what I wanted and didn’t want they put it on it anyway they just disregarded what I said know I’m stuck with food I can’t eat I ask to speak to someone but they took me through hell with patty im so done and I still want to speak with a live person it tells you on my order and they still couldn’t get it right they need to close them all ?? they also give you a number but you get there email that won’t even send the message ???‍??

This place is always understaffed. The line here is always 15+ people waiting while only one person attends the orders and runs frantically around the kitchen. I’ve had delivery orders get messed up multiple times. Also had a To Go order not ready 40 minutes after the pickup time. I love chipotle but this has to be the worst I’ve experienced in NJ. Chipotle should restart the place and appropriately. This place could be making so much more revenue if they had an efficient and polite staff getting things done.

Is it possible to give zero stars? By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Pickup said 10-15 minutes. I arrive on time. There were 12 orders ahead of me waiting. Why say 10-15 minutes then? Moreover, no one told me even when it was already 20 minutes past pickup time. I had to find someone to give a status. I otherwise would have been waiting over an hour. Wow. Drove down the street to the Edison one and that was fantastic. This though. Never again.

they take absolutely FOREVER with food here just for someone to say there was a “glitch” in the system and have to literally grab your phone to make your order in 2 seconds after waiting for an entire hour. no matter what stupid time you order, they take so long & it’s so irritating. everyone who works there has absolutely no idea what they’re doing & the place always looks disgusting. HIRE NEW STAFF

I started to order online and I already got more than 5 orders wrong from this location. The issue is that every time I order online, it goes to this location and can't do anything about it. Can the Chipotle headquarters switch this location to only pick up because all deliveries are just a mess. Even though I got a free entry back, I still had to pay the delivery fees. Instead of getting all my money back. Both Chipotle and delivery service are earning from every mistake. I will not order from this location ever again

I have given this place several chances. First time they gave me the wrong order, the second time the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. But today was the last time I order from here. The guacamole was not fresh. It was a super dark color. After a while it just spoiled completely.
