My southwest spicy salad was amazing, fries delicious & lemonade refreshing. But the young old was responsible for section was outstanding, her personality was the sun that rises every morning. I'll drive all the way from Jamaica queens just to be in presence
The cob salad was awesome for a fast food joint. The dried peppers are the key. The chicken was good too..However, the wait st lunch was unreal. I thank a good job that I have to allow me the nearly 2 hours it took to get it from the time we ordered.Thanks to ... I wsnt to say Sonya. She saved us by offering us drinks and eventually going to find the food herself.
This was my very first time a Chick-fil-A, even though I've heard of them for so long. I really enjoyed the delicious chicken sandwich. I believe my all and wonderment was the taste of real chicken compared to burger King and McDonald's and the rest of them. I absolutely highly recommend Chick-fil-A to everyone, I most certainly looking forward to my next visit.
Horrible service with the girl taking orders! What happen to the greeting ? My pleasure?! How can I help? Name for the order? I come here all the time, but the change of staff is really messing up the GREAT NAME AND VALUE OF THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN. If you don’t want to be nice and pleasant like this store was a few months ago… THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!!!!
I love this place. Customer service is always good. Even though there always busy I never have to wait in the parking lot . I always get my food on time. My food is always hot and fresh. And love that they get your order while waiting in your car. The Milkshakes are soo good! The food speaks for itself.
Great and very friendly service! Jackie spent a nice time chatting with us while waiting for our food. She definitely has the southern hospitality down perfect! Being from the south, it felt great to feel like I was almost back home! We will be back
Purple Sauce… not sure if thats her name. But the lady that was bringing food to all the tables and making sure everyone had everything was super nice. The staff is amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times and was probably one of the nicest ladies!! I hope this gets back to you!
The service and wait time was extraordinarily long. My order got "lost" in the system and it took forever to get my order. An associate at one point told me that they would bring the order to me. That never happened. If it wasn't for another associate who kindly stepped over to me and asked if she could help I probably would still be waiting another hour. Kudos to the last associate who went above and beyond, with a beautiful smile and kindly stating before I left "My pleasure to serve you.".

This Chick-fil-A location is really fast and efficient, even though they have high traffic they are great at what they do and how they work. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience even though there are long ways I don't mind because the food is great and the service is also nice. I believe it was only one time they got my order wrong which I didn't mind because I haven't had any other issues so I am happy to say that this is definitely a nice location to pass by and try.
