Food is really good
I placed my order over the phone for takeout and arrived atbthe restaurant within15-30 mins for pick-up. My order was ready. I ordered a full size garlic shrimp with yellow rice and barbecue chicken and fries for dinner. The cashier was very pleasant and ofcourse the food was great and the kids devoured it! My only issue was that I wished I'd ordered more.
The BBQ chicken here is the best in Union. Always very fresh and a very generous portion of rice and French fries. Very fast and efficient service as well no complaints from me.
I been eating at this place for years !! And the foods it’s always great. I recommend the salmon and the garlic shrimp!
I definitely agree with the other reviews.. Went there on a date last night. The place is beautiful and the music was great. But the food was terrible and the waitress agreed... PLEASE if 100 people are telling you that your food is terrible then fix it!. You def read your reviews but your not fixing the problem I don't understand. AND it was too expensive for what your serving. 2 stars because its pretty and you have an outdoor deck.
You can never go wrong at Burnet's BBQ, all is good on the menu.
This is one of my Husband's favorite places to get a quick meal. The staff is very friendly.

I think the food was ok. I had garlic chicken and the chicken seemed old. I won't go back.
This location is very unprofessional and do have basic customer service skills. I called for pick up and was told 10 min. I arrive after 15 min and had to wait an additional 35 minutes. I asked how much longer and was told 2 min, after 10 min I ask again and was told 5 more min. Seriously, it sucks this place. That wasn’t the first time either. The ladies in behind the counter need some basic customer service training. You’ve lost a customer for sure. Do better. Also the quality of the food itself isn’t good anymore. Fries are always super soggy and chicken sometime is undercooked.
