The place was dirty, I had to clean my own table and the cashier was rude. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. When receiving my change the cashier threw it on the table instead of handing it to me. The food was ok I was given the wrong thing at first which made no sense since I was the one in the place. I will never be going here again, it needs better service
I eat from here atleast once or twice a week and everything is usually good one day I ordered and paid and by the time I got back in the area they were closed .. I came there the next day and informed the guy that I had paid last night and showed him the payment on my phone he ga e me the nastiest attitude and acted like I had to lie about ordering food the night before saying show him the receipt one minute he said I didn't order next minute he tried to say he didn't remember if u ATE MY FOOD JUST SAY THAT BUT DONT LIE ON ME . Especially when I'm a regular and me and my mother order from this place ATLEAST twice a week and do big orders when the grandparents come over
I ordered our large pizza and that was $30 with extra cheese did not get the cheese, I got half onions and peppers the other half buffalo chicken both sides were stale. One out of 10 will not recommend
We got a large specialty pizza and wings and everything was well priced, delicious, and on time delivery!
Their pizza is dry, flavorless and undercooked. I asked for a juicy pie, Jersey style pizza, and they couldn't deliver! They don't deserve a star at all. I would not suggest wasting your dough/money on this place. I would NEVER eat there again. What is going on with the pizza in Jersey? Totally not how it use to be.
If you are looking for good old fashioned pizza. This is your place. They are good every time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! WARNING!!!!I placed an order on 1-2-2022 at 5:21 pm. My food was supposed to be delivered at 6pm. I called at 6:30 pm to check the status of my order. The young lady I spoke to said my order was picked up and my order is on the way. At 7:15 pm no FOOD, I called back to cancel my order and make sure I won't be charged. Every time I call, she puts the call on hold. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! They have ATROCIOUS customer service.
Try this place! The bad reviews made me iffy to go but it turned out better than I expected. The Penne vodka with garlic knots is to die for. The cashier was really nice and answered all my questions that i had due to my dietary restrictions. There philly cheesesteak is also amazing. The slices are also humongous !
Pizza is decent. Last time it took forever to get 2 slices. Mostly have teens working the front, chatting with friends and not being very attentive
I enjoy coming here for the pizza, chicken Alfredo , garlic Knott's, calamari . the staff very polite & accommodating, its clean the atmosphere is nice. I bring my glambabe here because she likes it too especially the fireplace . i just took my sister there yesterday she enjoyed the pizza she said i have a new eating place for the grandkids. Oh by the way we are from Brooklyn NY so we expect the best.
