Disgusting! Went today for lunch, the restaurant was filthy, the staff were dirty (plus no gloves were worn while serving food) and the food tasted awful.Never again….
Food was disgusting.. Chicken was so hard i cipped a tooth on it.. Mac and cheese was so salty.. I will never order from here again.. And i suggest no else do as well...
Black woman at the counter with heavy accent screamed at me at the door “NO DOGGY” rude and professional .. my dog weighs 2 lbs and I was carrying her in my arms. Not to mention that she’s a SERVICE dog. Boston market should have a standard to get hired… communication skills and to expand their knowledge.. can’t just hire anyone, you know!
The restaurant had a bad odor maybe back up sewage, or septic tank I can't say , but it was foul ,food had the same odor terrible, will not return. The smell was disgusting.
The worst $15 lunch. Can I get some chicken on my sandwich please???? Creamed spinach was awful!!!!! And I didn't ask for the large drink!!!!!!!!! Can I have a tray to take the food to my table?????

Great Boston Market. The food is always fresh and you are in & out within 5 minutes.
I arrived at chestnut street location in union. 1. Worker sitting at table talking on her cell phone. Worker goes behind counter to take my order. Never washed her hands, or made any attempt to put on gloves. I said to her, please do not take this the wrong way, but you need to wash your hands and put on gloves. 2. Manager proceeded to come over after counting money never washed his hands either. Bad attitude, I ask for one thing he put another. Example I ask for cream spinach, he put mash potatoes. I said to him I did not ask for mash potatoes. Omg, what a bad attitude. I said listen number I do not eat your food, picking up for someone else. Your customer service skills need working on. I left the food behind along with their bad attitude.
Prices went up but still reasonable...clean and friendly staff..food was good but no more dinner plates, in take out plastic containers and you have to ask for all condiments also take out style...
Usually empty, I think customer service can be a little more friendly but I like the fact that this restaurant is never crowded
