I come to this store very frequently as I do many other bagel stores throughout New Jersey because of work. Hands down the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. They are beyond slow, sometimes you will stand in like for 10 minutes with little to nobody in the store. I attempted to call four time’s to place my order and nobody answered, got here and told them I called four times and the girl said “we are busy” and walked away. Hilariously there is FOUR PEOPLE working behind the counter and TWO people doing the cooking. Anyone in line you talk to think it’s ridiculous with the customer service. The only thing this place has good going for itself is the fact that it is hands down the absolute cheapest in all of New Jersey for good quality food. If they ever raised prices they would probably lose most their business.
I thought the staff was nice. I’d driven a little further just to come here thinking I was gonna get the “best bagel in town” and was a bit disappointed. I felt like I was eating a day old bagel. It was a bit dense and the everything bagel was quite salty. I’m thinking they must specialize in breakfast sandwiches. Maybe it would be worth the while then…
This place is a GEM, great service, great people, excellent bagels. Definitely a place to go visit and get some good bagels
they always take the time to listen for what I request in detail, my sandwiches are always cook as per my request, great value

It's okay Clean ..nice staff.. but I prefer Bagels 4U on boulevard Kenilworth anyway ..I go here in a pinch.
The people cant make a sandwich right. Make sure if you go their you check your bag before leaving as they make what ever sandwich they feel like making. Bagels are horrible.

The bagels are very good, but the owner is incredibly rude, and they don’t follow food safety protocols. I just watched the person preparing my food wipe their nose and then immediately touch the register, then go to put gloves on touching the outside of the gloves without washing their hands prior. In addition, they don’t wear masks and constantly have Fox News blasting. Will be looking for a better alternative.
