Area is pretty large which is cool. But food was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a shocker that the chicken and fries taste frozen, but everything was so overbearingly sweet. I got the ranch parmesan chicken and it was covered in a syrup and then the parmesan. Not the same syrup as the waffle…just way too sweet.

I’ve passed W&B a few times, but was waiting for a craving. I ordered the Honey Soy Box and MY GOODNESS was this meal AMAZING. Every bite better than the last! I loved the presentation of the food and the special treat was so cute! Can’t wait to try other items. . . until next time =)
Good food, service is okay, communication is bad.Walked in at 7:20 and was told the kitchen would close at 7:30, so I had to place my order before then. I looked at the menu to double check the name of the sauce and began to order at 7:21. Was interrupted and told the kitchen wouldn’t take any more orders because the kitchen was too messy.1. Not the employees’ fault that they have to close kitchen early. Website should reflect this.2. If the employees on shift aren’t going to want to make the food, they should inform customers at the beginning. Or change the hours.
Portions are perfect and the food was excellent. We will be coming by for more of their delicious food and of course the bubble tea!
The drinks here taste amazing! I also tried their ramen it was delicious! It's a great place if you just want to sit down and hang out for a while.
Raw chicken , the staff was completely disorganized , I placed two orders first one came out and I then waited 20 minutes for the second but the second was missing food. Got back to work took 3 bites of my chicken sandwich and realized it was raw , not " maybe its raw " but bloody raw. Lousy lunchtime experience and you only get one chance during the day. Done with this place...
50 minutes wait to get 2 bubble teas, the waitress forgot about us until I when to the cashier to express my thoughts. She rushed to do the order and gave me a dirty cup. First and last experience with this place.And their kitchen vent doesn't work, the place smells oily and you keep it on your clothes. I don't recommend it.

Ordered “Crispy” chicken, fries and Mac & cheese.I’m not known as a picky eater… At All (or someone to write a review). But this was some of the worst food I’ve had In a while. Fries were cold. Chicken looked undercooked and was definitely not crispy. I’d rather not speak about the Mac & cheese. Maybe it’s worth trying once for some folks… I’d recommend just stopping at McDonald’s if you’re looking for a quick bite.
