Very unprofessional . All the sudden they don't deliver to Union City after more than 20 past deliveries to my house hold. Jersey City burns the food and is not of my preference . Union City has always been my go to but now theyre on some stupidness and don't deliver to my area . Never again will i order from them they've lost a good customer who pays more than 60 dollars each delivery plus tips so sad for them
I am an Uber eats delivery worker. When I went to this Papa John's to pick up my order I was asked by a Papa John's employee behind the counter, where is his tip for handing me the order. Well sir here is a tip I have for you. Maybe try handing me the correct order instead of asking me "a delivery worker" for a tip!!! I mean what's going on Papa John's? Are you not paying enough money to your employees?!? The nerve smh

When I made a order for my food online my food was already cold won’t even warm temperatures I really disappointed with Papa John’s they way treat customers. What’s made worse is when I call the store to explain what happened the manager and customer hang up on me. I would never ordered from this location again?????.
Extremely bad service here. I have now ordered twice through the App and both orders did not have the correct sauces I paid extra for.
I especially like their papadilla but pickup is preferred because they required to to buy if you order online or over the phone and I really like their gluten-free pizza with lots of toppings but now I'm making my own pizza so it'll be the papadiilla
