Metropolitan Ice Cream is one of the best ice cream trucks in Jersey! Not only are they super vigilant when it comes to their cleaning process but they’re so pleasant whenever I approach them. Julie welcomes her customers with open arms & caters to the best of her abilities for each customer. I truly appreciate small businesses that put love into what they do because it definitely reflects from the work that they do. I will never buy ice cream from anybody else! This is my favorite ice cream truck! I have ben a loyal customer for past 4 years and I have always been impressed. The truck is kept impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly and caring! Julie goes above and beyond making sure everything is perfect during parties and events. All the treats are perfectly hand-crafted adding wonder and creativity to all types of events. Metropolitan Ice Cream will always be my first choice, absolutely amazing service!

Terrible ice cream truck because it still has the old outdated red trapezoid children slow crossing warning blade that word IF-SAFE STOP THEN-GO which is extremely confusing because in traffic signs it is the shape that is the most important not just the word and color because there are some people who are color blind, death, can't speak English or can't read and I am even helping those people too. In the future ice cream truck safety swing arms will come in clear recognizable shapes to help people like Octagon means STOP and Sideways trapezoid with rounded corners on the wide end and pointed corners on the narrow end means SLOW. And I am making safety improvements to ice cream trucks

We booked Metropolitan Ice Cream for my son’s birthday. It was a smaller party due to COVID restrictions, but the ladies were great and treated us like valuable customers. They were punctual and so accommodating! It poured rain all day and they did everything to make sure our guests got their treats. The milkshakes and sundaes were a huge hit with the adults, but the kids loved the selection of novelty ice cream. I recommend them to anyone that I talk to because they are absolutely worth it. They are a pleasure to work with and extremely reasonably priced. We were able to enjoy their service again because my neighbor booked them for a party at our recommendation. They did NOT DISAPPOINT!
Great experience! We had my 5 year old son’s birthday yesterday and Metropolitan did an awesome job. Great selection of ice cream treats and great service. I found the prices to be very reasonable also! Highly recommend them for your next special occasion!
