This location has become my fav, I went in at 2:00 am and food was warm and fresh!!

Yes do go to this McD's. Loved self pay kiosks, but very competent cashiers readily available. Extremely clean dining area by dedicated dining room attendant. She (attendant) was totally pleasant, helpful, respectful of my current disability. When ever I asked, she was a ?. Bathroom was roomy,, and impeccable. . My large ice coffee was a delight. Will def. visit there again.

10:30 pm Dominican Republic Cashier at first window young woman thought she could charge me almost 4$ for a cup of coffee , I asked her why she was charging me this much then she decided to charge me the correct amount. This woman is mental unstable and a theif

they don't have the full menu and when I ask for breakfast sauce they did not know what that was, also when we asked for round egg with a bagel sandwich they said they don't give that unless we order the muffin bread sandwich. We went inside and demanded the round egg and they gave it to us smh when working in customer service people have to truly care about the people choosing to spend their money at the establishment bad customer service.

This place has improved, now serving ? tacos ? de Birria!!!

Ordered the quarter pound I get home opens it and a surprise half a sandwich in there I would give them a zero for the employees and zero for the manager and a complaint about the company who they should keep an eye on them kids working there ???

I’m never again spending my hard earn money on a overpriced franchise who clearly has forgotten about customer service and why they exist in the first place. I got on the drive thru and order 4 fish filets sandwiches since McDonald has a sign that says 2 for $6. When I check my order I only got 2 sandwiches. I told the lady on the receiving end if she can charge me for 2 additional sandwiches because the person who took my order did a mistake. Check this out her manager said that I had to go around once more through the drive thru because she didn’t have a register??‍♂️. What in the world happen to customer service. You clearly had a register 10 feet away from you. How is it my fault that the person that McDonald’s hired to put on the drive-thru can’t understand what I’m saying. Not for nothing but I can speak Spanish as well and I’m not trying to use this as an excuse to degrade my own people. It’s just frustrating that McDonald’s has and incapable Manager who couldn’t solve such a simple request. One more last thing back in the day you can feed a family of 4 for under $30. Now it takes about $50 on average really McDonald’s. Im done I’m taking my wallet somewhere else where I can support the small local community of Union City.

Drive thrue and afterward they tell you to park the car so they can bring you the food..

Homeless ppl roam the rest. Manager is aware but wont take action. Order online to skip the line but they were prioritizing drive thru. Waited 15 min and when asked about my order they cleared off their screen that they even forgot about it. Seems like the order time is so urgent that they cleared the screen so it seems like they are fast to service them.

Quick and efficient drive thru experience. Ordered ahead on the app and that made the process smoother. Order was correct down to the number of sauces and the workers are polite and pleasant with customers.
