Ordered online. Go through drive through to pick up, asked to come inside, I do. No one is attending guests. Finally a young man tries to help, just gives up and walks away. A woman is telling people to have patience. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:43 at 8:02, they tell me they have no chicken, I would have to wait 20-30 minutes longer. I ask to have ordered canceled, Manager didn't know how. Finally had to tell him to refund my card with a negative amount. Horrible service.
Waited over 45 minutes parked to the side of the drive thru line along with 10 other customers waiting on our order to be done. It was like a parking lot and impossible to even leave cuz my car was being blocked in by other customers waiting on their order. One customer even got into a fight with the drive thru worker over her order not being ready. It was complete mayhem. Try to avoid this KFC at all cost.
KFC had a special place in my heart back when I was a child. Over the years, I have tasted a change in their recipe. Whether it's from getting their chicken from somewhere else to save money or using different ingredients, the change is there. The original flavors had kept my family returning. As of yet, I have decreased my frequency to any KFC but I recently ordered from this KFC for a quick meal for my family. I wasn't really impressed. The flavors which once had my family looking forward to a KFC dinner were indeed no longer present. I really have no reason to return to KFC anytime soon.
Mac and cheese was not edible, legit tasted like and smelt like dirty toilet water . Not that I have had dirty toilet water before but that’s what I’d imagine it tasting like. So if your curious try it out.
Please fix the system. Food is good but the wait in the drug-thru is insane. They tell you to wait back and not go to the window (as you see in the photo) because they are being timed, but if it’s not reported the problem will never be fixed. This is very annoying. I waited 27 minutes on the drive thru line and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Poor service
The food was not good.Old fries and the whole place smelled of oil and was dirty. I do not recommend
We saw a big rat me and my son go under the soda machine!! This place is disgusting! Should be shut down! Soda never works aswell for years if they can’t fix there soda machine u can imagine there maintain on that place I’m about report this place to the city disgusting!
I made an online order to pick up the food at 6:17 pm as suggested by the application. I was there at 6:20 and the order wasn’t ready and they didn’t even start to prepare it. I ended up picking my order at 7:00pm.
They were doing their best with what they got. You can only do so much during the COVID-19 pandemic.
the chicken is great but make sure you have time to eat they are very slow while waiting there were two grubhub delivery guys who were waiting 25 minutes to get there order one just walked out they need a manager to guide them no one seems to know what they are doing once the place gets busy you are going to wait and if there is a manager he should get fired every one when it get busy the run around like a chicken that just got his head chopped off please if there is a manager give him or her a live chicken and send him on his way be shue to kick him or her on there way out
