Voy a tomar éste momento para expresar mi sentir sobre el restaurante Juana y gloria. Hice un delivery no pedí arroz y me enviaron arroz y habichuelas. Llamo al restaurante y le explico a la staff que me envío la orden incorrecta, la tipa no se hizo responsable del error diciéndome ella que ella me repitió la orden y debido a que hoy día había muchas personas y no se escucha bien y yo le dije que ese no es mi problema. Le dije que me comunicara con Gloria y y ella le explica a Gloria yo la estoy escuchando lo que le está diciendo y Gloria le dice que pues tengo que ordenar los tostones, ni siquiera se tomó el chance de escuchar mi versión y viene la staff y me dice eso. Yo le digo que no puedo comer arroz. Yo le pregunto que van hacer y la staff me dice: pues te enviaré los tostones pero tienes que devolver el arroz y la habichuelas, como que uno fuera un desmayado. Yo le dije no hay problema, no tengo necesidad de quedarme con eso, llame al delivery que se acaba de ir que venga y lo recoja y después dice que no me lo va a enviar. La dueña, Gloria nunca vino al teléfono, la staff me enganchó porque ella le dijo que me enganchara también lo escuché. Esto va para Gloria y no te lo mando a decir con nadie, muchas personas tienen quejas sobre ustedes y no dicen nada y yo siempre les defendía a ustedes hasta que mira me pasó, ahora no me queda más que darles a esos clientes la razón. No es lo que cueste la comida es la mediocridad de que tienen el hacerse responsables de sus errores y tratan a quien paga su dinero como que uno no tiene derechos, aun cuando uno está gastando tu dinero. Deje el abuso de poder, no todo es poder y dinero porque no hay nadie más poderoso que Dios. Ese es el único lugar que lo que diga la mesera a pesar de a ver tremendo rush el restaurante tiene la razón, se creen perfectos, como que ese restaurante no comete errores. Que Dios te continúe bendiciendo. KFC da mejores atención de servicio al cliente que ustedes. Y tal vez me diras oh ve y compra en KFC, lo gastaré con gusto, sin escatimar. Lo más insólito es que llamo 3 veces nuevamente y me dicen que Gloria no está, que está en su casa, cuando ella está ahí. Que poca seriedad y respeto. Eso es sinónimo de una persona que un poco de arroz, un poco de habichuelas y un plátano frito comprado a dólar y vendido a $14 vale más que la salud de las personas. No le pongo precios a lo k vendes, tú no le pongas precio a mi salud. Si yo no lo ordené, yo no lo ordené. Nada más hay que ver cómo las apariencias engañan. Espero que después de esto trates a los que te van quedando con dignidad, respeto e igualdad.
I had been there before. The food is good but, it is unacceptable that on Mothers day, the management at this place didn't bother making sure there was enough employees for the expected customers ?.... two employees is not enough for a dining room with at least 10 tables, not to mention the phone lines, and of course the deliveries....
Love this place! Bring you're appetite and try the Sancocho. They have outdoor seating and bar service. Prices can't be beat.

Do not order their daily specials ! The oven baked chicken was dry same goes for the pernil super dry and hard as if it was old . Overpriced and poor quality. I’ve tried to give this place a chance all four times extremely disappointed . The mangu is a 6 at best
