If I could give this place a negative number I would. I placed an order for delivery worth $42. They brought me plates that had very minimal food. Each plate was about $10 each, so I was expecting a graceful amount and received little to nothing. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and they refused. I offered to give back their food for an equal refund and they still refused. The man on the phone started acting like he couldn’t hear me once I asked for a refund. The customer service of this place was absolutely ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR MONEY’S WORTH FROM THIS PLACE!!

Bad first impression, the man in the front was talking on his personal phone for the good majority of the time of me being there. I ordered a bistec sandwich, when I got in the car and drove off I checked my food and it was two soups. He gave me the wrong order. Maybe if he was paying attention to his job instead of being on his phone I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back to the restaurant and then wait more time because they have to make the sandwich all over again. Wasted my time and I’d most likely order from somewhere else next time.

Staff didn't seem to know thier own menu. Didn't understand what simple breakfast steak and fried were.
Possibly the worst restaurant in the area, we ordered a family meal, which came with fried chicken, white rice/beans, fried plantains and home fries on the side. First off be extremely lucky if you get chicken that has any meat on it, the fried chickens were tiny and mostly bone and cold. White rice was definitely left over and also cold. Beans were a joke, just liquid with a few actual beans and ALSO COLD. Home fries had no taste and fried plantains were "ok". I DO NOT recommend this restaurant, not worth the prices, time or your money. ?

Good place if you don’t have many times to cook. Good prices and good Latin food. I usually come here when I have a family at home. All my family loves the food from this place. The portion is enough. The staff member always is nice.
