We decided to try this place after reading the reviews. It was very good. The tacos were excellent, the Jalea and Lomo were really good as well. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. We will be back to try some other items. However, they are struggling so I hope more people decide to give it a chance or we will lose this place.
Their staff is so sweet and opened us with open arms for Dinner. The food was very flavorful and hearty! We had leftovers for days to say the least. The chicken was really good. BYOB too. Welcome to our neighborhood!
Wow! Simply excellent and well crafted food. I have been to many Peruvian restaurants and I must say this has been the best thus far. The owner, Eli is such a professional and awesome person. Keep up the great work! Will definitely be ordering from this spot in the future!

My husband and I are visiting my daughter, her husband and grandaughter for the weekend. She brought us to Fusion for dinner last night. What a meal we had! The food was absolutty delicious! The services was the best. Can't wait to go again!
Place was delicious, nutritious and very fair priced. Service was nice and took the time to help ordering. Looking forward to trying more dishes.
Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the food was excellent. We ordered appetizers and had the Ceviche Mixto, Papa a la Huancaina and Tostones and they were all great. We shared them amongst two people and we left satisfied. I would highly recommend this place and will go again.
I'm happy to say Fusion is the best restaurant I've been to in the area. Everything pops with flavor and I had the risotto which tasted great. Highly recommend
Fantastic local restaurant that just opened on Park Ave. Went with a few friends so we were able to try several dishes. Everything was plated beautifully, well portioned, and, most importantly, delicious! You can tell they use high quality ingredients and put a lot of care into the cooking. I personally recommend the veg fried rice, and my friends enjoyed the ceviche and oriental entree. The homey vibe yet elegant dishes are great for a semi-casual date night or nice dinner with friends & family. :)
Fantastic new restaurant in Union City/Weehawken area! In Union City restaurants where quality and flavor aren't a priority, Fusion, Peruvian restaurant is a pleasant surprise. Complex menu, and delicious food!
