The girl that works in the evening around 8pm is rude and wants to fight customers. I simply asked her to confirm the order and she got loud with me and even made reference to me being a black her in her native language (cali) as if I would not understand what the word means. She is very unprofessional and very bad for business.
I used to hate this dunkin there was always a problem everytime I went, but this time everything went smoothly. I see different staff. Maybe there is a new manager but the store even looks better.

The girl working there at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night is very rude. The place looks very nasty ? i will never go buy there anymore. People asking for napkins and her answer was I don’t know I’m leaving soon I don’t have napkins. If I can I would give 0 stars

A little further out of the way for my daily commute, but the service makes it worth it.They even didn't have an item that I pre ordered on my phone and the staff was very accommodating and turned around the situation to a positive one very quickly.Always fast and efficient. Great staff and service.
