I ordered 10 pupusas and they were all frijol con queso but for some reason I was charged for revueltas. They were not that great, the pupusas were stiff, not cheesy, very disappointed.
Food is good. Service okay. Place is horrible. Is like how expensive is a can of paint, please it would make so much difference and clean those big windows it would make so much difference
Absoutely amazing pupusas! I always get 20 to bring back 1.5 hrs away home to eat all week. The curtido picante is to die for! Always a great experience food wise.
It was a warm sunny morning walking down Bergenline and I knew I wanted a hearty comforting meal. We just stepped into this restaurant but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. Mind you this is Cash only, we went to the bank and made our way back. Now anytime I want a traditional central american meal I come here. They make the tortillas from scratch and the fresh taste and smell that you get as you break one open... Fluffy inside and crispy exterior. The breakfast I chose was the decision tradicional con chorizo revuelto or traditional breakfast with chorizo but scrambled. It comes accompanied with refried beans, cream, sweet plantain and tortillas. I paid extra for the cheese slice and avocado. I don't usually stop there but I omitted the baleadas and pupusas this time. The food is well done and flavorful. The food is fresh and the price is affordable. Lets just say that morning this restaurant gained a loyal customer and many more as my friends and family also have come to love it.
The puposas are awesome! The black bean and chicharron were my favorite. Alto de elote is a must try! All dishes are made to order. Super fresh and big portions. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the service. The waitstaff are a bit unorganized and have a bit of an attitude.

I’ll definitely give 5 stars to the pupusas. However the waiter and the cashier needs a fix on their attitude. They’re not friendly. The waiter slacked on my order multiple times and did kart wheels for the men that ate there. I guess next time I’ll just send in my father to pick up my food, I’m sure they’ll provide him with excellent service. If you want a nice dine in with your family I recommend there other location in Guttenburg.
