I placed an order over the phone on Saturday night. I was on the phone with my driver and he was saying he was at my house when he was not. He eventually hung up and I tried calling him back but it went straight to voicemail. I called Dominos and they said they did not speak English. I had my friend speak Spanish to the associate and he said it would be there soon. I never ended up receiving the order. I have called the restaurant each day since and have either been told they don’t speak English or the manager will be in at 6. I have called back past 6 over the last few days. There has not been a manager on duty. Hoping my bank can dispute …
Worst service ever.The delivery driver showed up to my door with no order for me and said that someone else was going to deliver it. After 1 hour I had to contact the store to check on my delivery.
This location is the absolute worst. The workers are not friendly at all, and constantly get the wrong orders. I am never ordering from this location ever again.
My 1st time ordering here at this location, and they messed up my order. I got the wrong pizza and by the time I got home, (after finding scarce parking) I find that I was handed the wrong pie, different toppings. It was good but, still wrong. Despite the accompanied receipt reflecting what I actually ordered ? #irony
The worst place you could ever order pizza from. I order 3 times from here. For 2 orders my delivery took an hour and a half, just to bring me cold stone pizza. It was absolutely disgusting, when I called them they did not pick up the phone and I kept going to voicemail. The 3rd time which was my last of course, they charged me for a pizza they never delivered. For your sake, do not order from here.
every friday we just order pizza online and they have a promotion for carry out where they give you 3 dollars off every time you choose this option,,people this is awesome
Sickening omg literally had a long hair baked into our pizza… obviously they don’t wear hair nets! Nauseating looking at the pictures. Count me out from this dominos, making sure to spread the word.
Usually I have a good experience at this dominos, however these past couple of times my pizza has been left at the wrong area and i've needed to reorder, i'd come late, or my order would get canceled on me. Also, I ordered a pizza at 3pm by calling dominos, I asked if i could pay with credit card she said yes so I told her ill call back once I got my card, i hung up and called back only to be hung up on, called again, no answer. I still thought my I would get my order, I wanted a whole hour, no call, no nothing never got the pizza.
order online, they completed my order and I never received my order which they charged. They didn't even knock on my door.
