Food is good but the person at the 2nd drive thru window handing out the food around 8 am was just rude and nasty .What a lame way to start my day ,. she didn’t have to give me my food with an attitude , I don’t know her for her to be rude like that . Go get another job if you’re that miserable girl . Definitely hope one of the managers talk to whoever was at drive thru window #2 around 8am. Light skin looked young and skinny girl

Tried to pick up a GrubHub order and the people at the window have the very bad attitude. I will never come back to this Wendy's on olden avenue ever again. They have the worst customer service you could ever think of
The place is ok. But somehow I feel it was really slow in serving customers. It took literally over 10min to make the orders with just two customers in front of me, and another 12 or 14 min to get the meal. Definitely would not recommend if you're in a hurry to get a quick bite.
Very slow and could NOT get the order rite . Drive threw line went around building and down street. It is always like this would not go here if it wasn't for my job
Half of the time they mess up my order. Before work today I ordered a chicken biscuit online and when I picked it up and checked the bag they gave me an egg sandwich. Extremely disappointed and even though I live 5 minutes away I will be driving to another location.
Very bad service, staff won't even help you if you fall down,my wife fail down inside of the restaurant on February 21,2021,and busted her knee, hit her elbow in head,, none of the staff members assisted her to help her up.she had to go to the hospital for treatment. This Wendy's was on 52nd and City line avenue in Philadelphia.
Got there in 8 minutes to see a well moving drive through line. Appears 10 other people had the same idea for lunch! The line moved so quick, I had time to really enjoy my lunch. Fresh and delicious!!!!
Person who took my order in the drive thru sounded miserable. Service was quick but food was cold, cheese wasn't melted, no sauces (only ranch and ketchup), and my fries were hot but my box was half full.
Wendy's in Ewing on N. Olden is the only decent fast food restaurant in Ewing, especially after 10pm. The late night line is way too long but what can you expect if that is the only place open after hours. The customer service needs a whole lot of improvement and like most drive thru's you have to check your order before leaving because sometimes you get the wrong order. However, I am thankful that Wendy's chooses to stay open late to service the late night muncher.
