they never answer the phone and don’t have call waiting???? like i’m sorry is this 2002? also they need a website so they could do online mobile orders so I wouldn’t have to wait 5 years to get on the phone with them. gotten to the point where I often have to take my business elsewhere
Very friendly staff, bagels were good and I had a egg n cheese on a bagel with a hash brown in it .. It was pretty good and a fair price ... They also have the bakers dozen which is nice to see offered. I will be back to try some more good stuff..
Excellent bagel spot. Very busy in the mornings, especially on weekends. The staff always moves quickly and is very friendly.
If I could give them a -1 I would. Rude customer service after offering me to make me a new bagel because I was late to pick up I was told by the manager "it was not fair they had to waste 2 sandwiches on me" because I was late ( I am a nurse) and a ran late after a procedure this morning and still picked it up.. and to think we (frontline workers) risk our lives during a pandemic everyday to save people and today and the way I was treated I will never go back and to think I have referred people here because of their bagels, never referring and never going back!
Fresh bagels, actually they have perfect bagels in my opinion. Cute, small but efficient place. Everyone works together to ensure youre taking care quickly, i was in and out in about 5 mins or less

Great bagels and friendly/attentive staff. My only complaint would be they only really put stuff on the top of the bagels and not the bottoms. More everything stuff please... don't be stingy...
My favorite bagel spot. The blueberry bagel is so good on its own! Veggie cream cheese for the win. Awesome and friendly staff.
Nice service, all wore masks. Good bagel sandwiches and a nice variety of bagels. Only complaint would be because it's a small place, its hard to see the options when its crowded.
