Very good portions. Food was very delicious, I always prefer to support local business in Trenton as opposed to ordering chain restaurants. Highly recommend it. The lady in the front was very friendly and welcoming as this was my first time The hummingbird.

Food is always good when I go there. Stew chicken is so good, (as the expression goes) it will make you want to slap your mama.

THE PEOPLE HERE ALWAYS GIVE ME EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT PORTIONS.... THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC. THEY GET ALL MY LOVE!!! ---FREDERICK BROOKS JR.

Very good and tasty food. Added it to my favorite places.Location convenient, in middle of Trenton

The food was great and the staff was very friendly. I had the salmon salad with jerk sauce on the side (omg). That sauce was so good, I asked for another ? My Bestie had jerk salmon, peas and rice, cabbage and mac & cheese. It’s best to call the order in FIRST! It took a while to get the food…BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!??

My absolute favorite place to go when in the mood for Caribbean food

You know you're in a good spot when an older lady is running the place and an even older lady is cooking.. I had the jerk chicken and tried a bit of my coworkers' ox tail. Both were amazing. The portions were huge and the price was great! Worth a visit.

Takeout is always good every other choice is acceptable as well

Love this place! Recently moved to Princeton from Harlem and I was desperate for a Maduro. My daughter’s tutor recommended this place and I’m so grateful to him. Oxtail is so yummy, stew chicken is so yummy, and the beef patties are nice and flaky. Here’s to good eating ?

Excellent cuisine! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm a vegetarian so my food choices are often limited, but they provide a very nice vegetarian meal that was filling and delicious.I would love to see them expand their menu to include some curry tofu and jerk mock chicken. As a son of Jamaican Adventists....I'm sure they could tap a seasoned Adventist Jamaican Mom for plenty of vegan and vegetarian recipes to share.....
