Haven't quite figured out why the constant difference in price for the same drink every time I come to this location. I order same size drink every time with light ice and depending on who is at the register I have now got charged 3 different prices in the past 2 months??
They made great drinks...and the price was right!
Staff food and drinks are great! Everything at this location has changed (for the better) tremendously in the last year!
Slow... This location is garbage compared to off base but its convenient for Base personnel I guess.
Ordered an extra dry cappuccino, got a burnt latte, AGAIN. Steaming it longer doesn't make more foam, guys. It's the nozzle position that does that. Basic barista training there.Food's great though.
I just got a salted caramel cream cold brew. After approx a 15 min wait, there was no caramel. No salted. And I watched as the gentleman put a sugar packet instead of a syrup to froth the milk. It tasted of straight black cold coffee and cold milk. It was, quite literally, undrinkable. After how long this location has been here, these things really shouldn’t still be an issue. My coworker, who is diabetic and requested a skim and sugar free drink, ended up with whole milk and sugar (you can tell the difference) and had to toss her drink as well. I can’t, in good conscience, continue to waste money here in the hope that 1 of 4 drinks might be good. The 2 stars is honestly only for the friendliness of the majority of the staff.
Drinks are good. Staff (the few that work) are friendly. Service is SLOOOOOOOOOOW. Only two behind the counter during the lunch rush. Line all the way out the door, but no one seems to notice. Manager makes drinks, new girl behind the register, and everyone else just shuffles around trying to look busy. Again, while the line is out the door during the lunch rush. Crazy.
One of the slowest Starbucks of all time. Be prepared to wait. Time is money and they won't be taking either from me.
Times on google maps are not accurate. They close every day at 1400 except for Sunday when they close at 1500.
Over $4 for the tiniest DOUBLE expresso shot. Other places have twice the amount for half the price. Overcharge and under deliver.
