Great pizza place in Hamilton. Service is always kind but delivery could be faster to be honest.
Their food taste amazing and it is very clean.
Very disappointing, I called in and placed my order and my order was placed wrong I waited patiently I picked up my food I get to my house and I called in to let them know that they messed up yes the cashier apologized for her mess up but then she proceeds to tell me that I have to come in and pay for what was missing in the order even though I did not mind paying extra for their mess up I would have appreciative maybe making it again and I paying extra for what they messed up because it’s not fair for me to drive all the way back when they “Sabrina‘s” messed up. How you mess up and treat your customers on your mistakes is important because of this I won’t be coming back and I will let anybody else know.
Solid pizza place, good wings too.
The owner didn’t greet or make eye contact when I entered. It was late and the restaurant was empty. I was taken aback but I was starving. I ordered buffalo wings and they were soggy, rubbery, & flat out disgusting. The staff is rude and the food is trash. I WOULD NOT Recommend !!!!!!!.
Hey, they're right about one thing, the guys at the counter are super nice but that doesn't work. The pizza is horrible, stale tasting sauce and the cheese is fake. Not a good comboSo Sorry, if you're looking for decent ?. Don't even look at this place ?
Worst pizzeria to order food from!!! literally on a Wednesday night and it took over 1 hour and 53 minutes for delivery and the female answering the calls... Very immature and lied about the time. Never again.. Camila’s Kitchen for life!!!
I’ve been ordering from Sabrina’s at least once, sometimes twice a week for the past two years. I was having company over for my mother’s birthday and wanted to get chicken franchaise catered for dinner. I called the day in advance and specifically asked what the half tray came with, so I knew in advance if I needed to make anything. I also had someone else there when I was asking who could testify I asked. I was told by the young girl on the phone it came with pasta and dinner rolls. After my parents picked up the food, I realized there was no pasta. I called to see if it was accidentally left at the restaurant, which I was then told (by the same young girl) it didn’t come with pasta. I was so embarrassed and panicked because I had company over. My boyfriend had to go pick up the pasta, which they charged him $33 additional to the $45 we paid for the chicken. At that point, it was just as expensive as a full tray. I think it was extremely lousy and terrible customer service of Sabrina’s to charge us for this, especially because I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about two years straight. Terribly disappointed, please be wary if you think about catering from them.
Food is always great and staff is very courteous
Their food is amazing... first time ordering from them. My neighbor recommended trying them, and we definitely will be ordering again
