Love Popeyes. Had a pretty big order and everything was perfect.
Gave it a 3 star not because of the taste or quality but because they messed my order up! Paid for 8 piece tenders & only got 5! Used the app to order it & tried calling to let them know & no one answered the phone!
I love popeyes but this location is always unorganized…sometimes the taste of the food changes .
Today Sunday march 20 at 230 pm I buy a combo 12 pc 2 slices the coleslaw come old and the chicken is not cook at all. Nasty I lost my money trow in garbage
Great food but they don't proactively add sauces, I had to get back to the window to ask for sauces and napkins.
I went to the Popeyes on South Broad Street in Hamilton Township, Mercer County. The manager / owner has a really nasty attitude. He has to learn how to temper his voice and learn how to explain in a calm voice and learn to explain what one can have and not have in their order. Raising your voice and shouting sir is not the way to deal with customers.
My husband and I live in upstate NY and stopped here for lunch, since I used to live close by and we were on our way home. It was about 330 pm on Wednesday, 2/23. The young black gentleman who waited on us couldn't have been any nicer and was so polite and courteous. I just wanted to give him his due, because you have a wonderful employee there and his parents raised him right!
I love the new special they have going on now the $6 chicken meal(2pc chicken or 3 tenders w/ 2sides) & or more for $8( includes apple pie & drink). The apple pie is delicious, better than Micky D's! Other than that Popeyes seems to be quite a bit over priced for their normal combos on menu & to make matters worse I always have to throughly check my order after it's received because on more occasions then I'd like to admit they have either given me the wrong order & left out an item I paid for. That's very frustrating, especially IF you get home before checking the order. It just shouldn't happen considering you confirm your order with the customer service rep before paying for it..
Horrible service. I’ve been waiting for 4 chicken sandwiches for almost 30 minutes. The food is great but prepare to wait until you die for that godly taste.
Ordered spicy chicken tenders received plain tasteless ones instead , no sauces ,and no Mac and cheese. Never called to see if I wanted a different side not nasty coleslaw.
