Was surprised at how poor the experience was. Was seated quickly but downhill from there. Waited ten minutes for a server to take order. Another 5 for fresh breadsticks. Drink order was completely wrong and my drinking glass had lipstick on it and had to get a new one. The quality of our main dishes was mediocre at best. After main course presentation we never saw server again. Didn’t check on us or refill drinks. Had to pay through the kiosk on our table. Disappointed.
For when you want olive garden and not Italian food
TL;DR: Olive Garden is one of those places that's always a good go-to.We wanted to go out with a few friends for an occasion, and we ended up making a reservation earlier in the day since we weren't sure how busy it would be. Checking in for the reservation was quick. We had good service. The group liked the spinach/artichoke dip and chips thing, always love the breadsticks, husband's herb salmon was good. I am happy they have the tablet thing at the tables now so you can order drinks/dessert/apps anytime and you can pay with card whenever you're ready. I didn't remember their menu being as small as it was, but their prices are reasonable for an Italian restaurant.
We dine out somewhat frequently and seek out not just great food but, great service also.Our server Erica was one of the very best we have ever encountered. She was attentive, informative and personable! Some five star establishments do not have staff that would compare to Erica. Thank you for the impeccable service you provided, the cheese grater and the smile we are leaving with! Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to share our experience with your manager as well!
I just want to give a huge thank you to the staff that helped me at lunch today. My autistic son had a huge episode, and the staff was so accommodating. No one rushed me or made me feel bad for what was happening. In fact, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my food was boxed, and my bill was paid with ease. I don’t remember my server’s name but she was quick, efficient, and such a sweetheart through all the chaos. I know I left in tears but you guys really made my day! I appreciate every single one of you!!
Jonathan was our server and he was really nice. However, it felt as if he was new to serving. Forgetful and fairly slow are not good things to have your customers remember about you. For the food, it’s usually pretty darn good. But not this time. The salad was old, wilted and slimy, and the onions h smelled terrible. The fried peppers that come with onions and shrimp were absolutely disgusting. So bummed because I love peppers! When I got my coke refilled, I got my original glass back, with the same squeezed lime in it, no new lime, and the entire glass was wet and sticky. Usually they are a 4-5, but this was not a good showing OG!
The worst dining experience I have ever had. I have never left a bad review but I felt compelled after the awful service. My server never checked back on the table between the soup and entree which is disappointing because we go there specifically for endless soup and salad. She told me if i wanted a drink to order it from the kiosk which I did and waited fifteen minutes before I asked her where it was. When it finally got to the table it was wrong. We had to go to the host stand for boxes and ask another employee to find our server because we were ready for the check and she was nowhere to be found. I understand if it was busy but the restaurant was dead it was 3:30 on aTuesday. I know restaurants are desperate for employees but they need to reconsider who they let pick up tables on the floor.
I loved this place get the tour of Italy it’s so good it’s literally gas I mean no other restaurant that could compete. My boyfriend told me post Malone is obsessed with this place if you don’t trust me just look up his interview with jimmy fallon. I don’t talk to talk this is a genuine and honest review hands down the best Olive Garden we bought from thank you so much to the kind manager and kind staff and my mom for welcoming me to this world so I could try Olive Garden. Oh and thank you to my boyfriend who brought me it and thanks for me for craving it. Omg i had to edit because Olive Garden didn’t just provide food but memories I got a moment with my bf because of this fine establishment.

They had us seated as a table of 8 within a few minutes. Clean restaurant, service staff was masked and everything looked sanitized. Food was great and came out really quickly. Kimberly L. Was our waitress, stellar service. Was on it with drinks, bread sticks, soups and salad refills. One of the best times I've went. No complaints, great experience, will be back to this location. I'd recommend our waitress as well.TLDR: Highly recommend, Awesome time here
