Me and my family order here all the time but unfortunately today will be the last time for us all. Today was the first time I had a problem with my food. The woman took my order wrong after I repeated it to her 3 times. I asked her to fix it politely over the phone and she refused, I then went to the store to ask for a refund, I was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. For $17 you lost a customer than brings you $100+ a month. If the owner is reading this. The woman at the front desk is very bad for your business, I suggest replacing her with someone who cares, and speaks better English. ??
I was very disappointed with this place, their customer service was a disgrace. Our food was 40 minutes later than the time it was promised and when we called to see what was going on the woman we spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won’t be spending my money here ever again.
Please.. do your self the favor and stay AWAY from this place by all means possible their customer service skills are non existent - idk if they think they are the only restaurant in the area that makes what they do, but holy.. how rude their employees are is unreal. Please support other restaurants not this terrible place.
Absolutely disgusting. The General Tso chicken wasn’t even chicken. It was chicken parts and all tempura breading. Not one piece of white meat. Ended up throwing it away.The sushi was mushy and flavorless.Please avoid this place. Don’t waste your money.
This is the 3rd time I've ordered on grubhub and this place is the worst. You literally wait 2+ hours for mediocre food. When I called tonight inquiring where my delivery was the woman continued to talk right over me and then told me to "order earlier bc this was their busy time". I ordered 2 hours ago!! It's extremely frustrating when you want to support local places and they essentially blow you off. This is the last time I will order from this hell hole. Beyond dispointed with this place.
Order was ready quickly. Picked up hot and everything we ordered was correct. Our to go place.
It's a shame because this was my place for years but the quality and service has really gone down hill over time. Last night will be the last time if I could give zero stars I would. Items constantly missing from my orders last night I waited an hr and a half to be delivered shrimp that were bad and sweet and sour chicken that was tough over cooked and tasted old. Thirty bucks worth of food dumped straight in the trash. Never again.
Just received my meal.? Pork fried rice smelled bad...old. Chicken lo mien could only find one piece of chicken . No white rice came with it.. Barbecue ribs mostly fat. Egg rolls were good. That’s why they got one star.. I’ve been buying from Asian Bistro to do my part in the local eateries.. their food use to be great. If they don’t care about their customers why should I care about whether they stay in business? I’m now looking for a new restaurant .. I will no longer call Asian Bistro.
I have ordered from here many times. Over the last few months the service has not been as good as it once was. But I over looked it, because I try to support local businesses. Especially in the times we are living in today.But tonight was not a good experience AT ALL! I ordered my families food order, and was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. I called twice, first call I spoke with a man, I asked where my order was? He gave me the standard they are really busy excuse, he then said it’ll be here any minute (that’s was at the 1hr 15 minutes mark. Then I called AGAIN and spoke with Maria (I believe that was her name). As I was asking where my order was, I was given every excuse there was. I understand being a little late, but it was going on an 1 1/2 hours since I placed my order. Well the food FINALLY arrived, luke-warm, and the flavor was not as good as it usually is, when I asked the driver he just said they were very busy, because of the weekend. Blah blah blah...If you are that busy, and can’t cover your service area as expected, get more drivers, or shrink your service area. This is not the first time Asian Bistro having issues. I hope that they are able to fix what is broken.
We have been going here for over 15 years. Food is always excellent and fresh. Highly recommended!
