They closed the dining area about a hour early and when I called the manager hung up the phone on me.
This McDonald's is very disappointing. Extremely slow drive-up window. I gave up twice and both times went to Wendy's. On another occasion my wife had a chicken sandwich that wasn't thoroughly cooked. I'll never visit this poorly run McDonald's ever again.
Ask for 1 milkshake charged and gave me two and didn't even ask to refund ..ask for no ketchup on burger got ketchup lady taking orders needs to pay more attention happened on July 3rd at 6 pm
Only reason we go here is my child likes there chicken nuggets. That is it. Other then that food and service are horrible at this McDonald's if I could give them a zero star review I would. Better off going somewhere they are not rude to there customers.
Manager on duty this morning was HORRIBLE. Did not acknowledge customers waiting in lobby at all. Super slow and rude. After waiting several minutes for my order, he finally figured out that it had been sitting there the whole time because someone else pointed out to him. Then he threw it at me and got mad at me for being frustrated with his incompetence!
food came out in less time then expected. food was good.
If you're in the fast food on the go this is the place to go and the McDonald's app is a must if you're looking for bargains
This McDonald’s is terrible, especially later in the evening. I’ve gotten 3 DoorDash orders from them and all three have been incorrect. I ordered a shamrock shake tonight and got an orange soda? I guess being able to read is no longer a requirement for employment.
This has to be the worst McDonald on the east coast I go there for my grand kids and consistently the order is wrong 6 piece chicken they give 5 ask for barbecue sauce none have coupon say it expired have to show them main coupon say 31 sandwich has bottom part of roll ripped sandwich falls apart in your hand hopefully this is passed on to management I will drive 4 miles out of my way to give my business to another McDonald If you can't hire component people don't hire anyone and just limit your menu to hamburgers
Ordered a one dollar cheeseburger and said no pickles and onions but I got pickles and onions went back again and it was same thing and they were rude when I ask for another. Plus my brother had the same thing that happened to me!
