I wish there was negative stars. I asked for a ice latte and they gave me a hot one and then when I addressed the issue. They dumped the hot one in ice and gave it to me ? thank you for the exceptional bad service.
Don’t try to go around rush hour every Philly person is in the drive thru getting snacks before they go back home

the chicken is burned and has little mayonnaise. I did not like it because it has a bad presentation and the people who serve you treat you very badly.
The door was supposed to close at 11 but was closed at 10.So went to drive thru. We had to wait 25 minutes to get fries and ice cream. They are not even using the tech they have. The lazy staff wouldn't use the drive thru ordering kiosk and kept asking people to pull up to window to order food. At least ten cars left from behind us because the wait times were too long.

You would think that putting straws, or sauce to go with the chicken nuggets was the most difficult thing these employees have ever had to do . Definitely need to improve hiring practices. The people they hire don’t care about life, let alone getting an order right or being polite. Food cold too smh. Sad that this is what fast food has become.
