Unfortunately they gave me refried tacos surprised the place is normally on point and sorry guys food is very expensive to order then have to throw it away and guys at the restaurant do it right next time no more refried just throw it away or just give it to the homeless
Coming from DC (now 8 years ago) where Guatemalan is ubiquitous, I have been cautious about the area's Guatemalan food and probably too reserved. Guatelinda did not disappoint and, in fact, feels like a go-to place to consider when in the mood for Guatemalan. The portions are ample and they specialize in tablazos and other mixed plates filled with grilled meat and fix, with sides. Given that people mostly associate Latin food with Mexican, like every place, they have a Mexico board that mostly consists of tacos. I had fish and carne asada, my husband enjoyed carne asada and grilled me. It came with tons of rice, a nice helping of pasta salad, and two fluffy tortillas, similar to pupusa. The gallo pinto was also delicious, made with black beans. Plantains were on point. More than anything it all tasted fresh. The one disappointed, nothing came with avocado, as advertised.
Worst restaurant ever I ordered food a hour before close and never got my food like just say u can’t worst restaurant ever wouldn’t buy here
