Dubai Restaurant & Lounge Has the Worst customer service. We are here. We Have ordered Food and several Drinks and the lady keeps asking for my card. I told her 5 times that as soon as we are done we will pay just like any other restaurant you go to. We still plan on remaining here after a hard day of work. She keeps bulling me to hand her my card. I’m here to enjoy myself. I am not going to make several transactions because you are uncomfortable or do not know how to transfer your tab to the next server. They are using the clover system that is so easy to use. My issues is I feel that because they automatically include the bottom of the barrel Service charge of 15% that it’s okay to give terrible customer service. It’s not right at all. Just because we are in Trenton does not mean that some of us do not know how to be treated with quality customer service. One time I ordered Sangria at the bar and it was fine. When I wanted to go to the back where they sell hookah, the bar tender with the short hair gave me my sangria in a short plastic cup. I asked her why and she said it was because I changed my location from the bar to the sitting area in the back. I’ve never in my life seen a place that will give someone wine in a short plastic cup just because they relocate to the back. What type of Ghetto mess is that? Tonight I’ve been getting my shots in glass. She turned around and gave me my shot in a plastic cup. I told her that I don’t want my shot in a plastic cup and she rolled her eyes and told me that it’s all the same and they started talking about me in Spanish. I then needed to get my wallet from in my car because I left it there and she told me to hand her my telephone. They try to make it about policy at that point but I’ve been here for 2 hours already with horrible service. I believe it was Easter the manger who ponytail is slicked back had her daughter and son behind the bar even cleaning up beer bottles. I’ve wrote them notes, and several messages before of how they treat people at this establishment. It’s not coo at all. The food is amazing and I’ve been happy to see how the establishment is up and running but they have to work on their customer service. I’ve told them multiple times about their service. It’s horrible. I’m so upset right now.
Horrible service! They do not treat everyone with equality! I sat in the back and received drinks in plastic cups, then watched as they brought glasses of alcohol to the table next to mine! They were Hispanic. Call it what it is! Racist af & it happened on more than 1 occasion! Visit at your own risk

I wanted to take my mother some where nice to eat but I regret bringing her here for Mother’s Day. We waited for more than 2 hour for our food. And another hour for the bill. We also didn’t receive everything we ordered so by the time we were finish eating , they provide us with the additional food as an take out order which was very unprofessional. Also there was 4 mother’s at the table , they only serve 3 with complimentary sangria. Also we were not serve chips and dip like the other tables when we arrived and we were a group of 6. Also BE AWARE that the tip is included in your bill. They charged us automatically $21 as the waiter tip which we didn’t mind but still was frustrated because of the horrible service.

I had my first experience of discrimination like I've never experienced before. Never felt so humiliated and discarded. My Friends and I were looking for a decent place to eat and have a few cocktails. When we got here we walked to the back to sit. We were told we couldn't sit in that area because it had to be reserved. No problem we were then escorted to another table. We ordered food and cocktails which was very good by the way. When we had finished eating we were told to leave because the table they sat us at was reserved. We immediately became unwelcome guests. So if you aren't of the Spanish culture don't expect to be treated with human decency. #Signed another unsatisfied customer.
Last night was my 3rd time here and it will be my last. I was with a group of 6 and when we walked in no one attended to us which led us to walk all the way to the back to find a table ourselves where we could all fit. The guy who eventually took his time to walk over to us moved us from one table in the back to another table to the front which made no sense. Our waiter walked around looking angry the whole night, while only attending to our table about 3 times the entire night. Tacos and drinks were good. I also think they added a drink or 2 to our bill that nobody ordered, but we let that go. Also This is a HISPANIC VENUE. They only play very loud HISPANIC MUSIC.
Pros: Lots of food for your money. Good presentation. Meats are cooked and flavored great. Cons: Sauces weren't great. Mofongo was dry.
First when we got there, there wasn't anyone to greet us. We found ourselves some seats and waited for the bar tender. She proceeds to tell us that she is short staffed which is fine we weren't in a rush. So she comes to take our drink orders, we ask about the happy hour special that's on the table. She tells us it's wrong it's not 2 for 1 ok fine. Then we order appetizers, she comes back to tell us that 2 of the appetizers we ordered they are out of ok fine. They bring my appetizer out the shrimp was warm/cold and the salad that came with it was just some lettuce drizzled with BBQ sauce which wasn't in the description. The drinks were nasty and water down. Tried to order entrees to which she told me they didn't have the items we were trying to order and that the menu was outdated. We get our bill and saw that we were charged for drinks we never received. Overall will never be back or recommend.
They serve fries w arroz con pollo… first red flag :( Then the happy hour rules are weird. They gave us a voucher for a free drink (inside the menu?) but our waitress told us that happy hour ended at 9pm… so we were under the impression we couldn’t use it. At 10 when we were checking out, we were charged for 2 drinks after only ordering one during happy hour. Strange. When we asked for the second drink to be taken off the bill, the waiter & waitress were rude and snatched the bill & vouchers off of our table. Lol. We didn’t want them anyway! 2 stars just bc I’ve had fun here before………………..
