Had 8 friends for lunch there. We sat outside and even though it was hot out, the deck, with the river so close, kept the temperature in check. Food was OK. Good size portions but slow service. Nothing spectacular!
Excellent burgers. Nice view. We have been going there since the Trenton Thunder began. However, drink order was twice wrong and beers arrived after the meal was done. Waitress nice so have to conclude that the barman needs a lot of help or direction.
it's been a couple years since I've worked here, but I can't say anything bad about the place. This was the first restaurant I've ever worked in besides pizza shops. The amount of things I've learned and the amount of experience I've gotten from this place was amazing. I moved up from expo all the way to bartender (which I've never done before), but I went from knowing nothing to now being a full time bartender in two bars at the beach. I wanna thank management and friends current and past at Coopers Riverview for giving me a chance and teaching me so much.
I have the privilege of playing music every Sunday. I have brought family and friends when I’m off. The staff and servers are very nice and have always accommodated my needs. The food keeps getting better and better and well the brunch is off the hook. I love the fruits- exotic (dragon fruit & pomegranate) the cheese blintzes are so yummy as well as all the other great food. Great beer selection too.

didnt really know this place existed-the view and atmosphere surpased any restaurant that we have been in years-the menu choice was a little small but the food was very good -especially the seafood bucket and the delicious rum cake at the end-the waitress could not have been nicer and more effecient-the surroundings was like a resort-one thing was that the weather was near 100 degrees outside but there was no airconditioning inside-was no problem with the windows open a cool breeze came off of the Delaware river and we were offered a complimentary nice cool drink. the reviews of this place in our opinion may not be as fair as they should be
Went to Coopers for brunch. I like the idea but service was lacking, the smell of the river was pungent (not that this can be controlled) and the food was tasty but an open buffet with bugs floating in and out. Would have been a bit more appetizing without the thoughts of critters around. We waited about 15 minutes before a server approached us but someone finally came over.
It was fine for bar food. Unfortunately the beyond burgers were sold out so I ordered a regular one. It was fine. The home made potato chips werenât crisp. I should have ordered the French fries instead. The waitresses were very nice!
Beautiful place, but food was terrible. They couldn't find my reservation. Short staffed so while servers tried their best it wasn't great.
Returned here after several years away. Sat on the deck overlooking the River, very pleasant. Wait staff was very attentive, the food was outstanding. Going to return with several friends soon.
