One of the worst BK I've ever been to. The quality of their food is horrible. My family and I had the whopper, whopper Jr, chi'king sandwich and chicken fries, everything was dry. Their drive through was slow and seems like the attendant has a hard time hearing my order. When I got to the window I felt like I was in a silent movie...no exchange of words, just got my food and left lol.
Burger King always have good service except this one in Quakerbridge Road in Mercerville NJ with this sad and angry manager, she had a very bad service, I asked her for a water cup and she said don’t have it, you have to buy it’s not free, I never have a problem with Burger King before, but this girl definitely having a bad attitude. When you order some foods she have a long sad face, Very sad :(
I feel like no one at this establishment reads the mobile orders when they come in. The only thing correct on the order were the fries. I ordered three burgers, and customized all three of them. NONE of them were correct. Two of them had mayonnaise on them, which I specifically customized without mayo. And, there was only supposed to be pickles on one of the burgers. But guess what? ALL THREE had pickles. I’d mention more, but then I would have to go over every ingredient because of how bad each burger was.Can someone please explain to me what the point of ordering through the app is? If the specifics of the order are completely ignored, just for someone to make whatever happens to fit their mood in the moment, then there’s no point in eating at Burger King. I’d be better off going to Wendy’s.

Pulled into the parking lot and the drive thru was backed all the way around the parking lot! I decided to enter the establishment to place my order. Two employees were asleep in the dinning area!!! I placed my order with some alien who didn’t speak English. She had to call another one over who barely spoke English so he could tell me the only beverage I could order was OJ, water, or a milk shake. Disgusting place. I will never frequent this place again ?

Went there in July to buy some burger. Got charged twice. Called customer service and also emailed HQ. No solutions. Went to the store asking for refund and the manager was not there and the one who talked to me refused to help (after I showed her the receipt and credit card statement) and even suggested that I might not be telling the truth because “a lot of customers did similar things”. Will let my credit card company take care of this. With such a disappointment I will no longer go to this place to be ripped off or insulted.
Updating a previous review to a better score. On my visit today, I unfortunately had a problem with my order. The manager, Joanna (idk if I spelled it correctly, I'm sorry!) handled the situation quickly and professionally. My food was replaced, and without asking my order was also refunded. Every business makes a mistake at times, but a good representative of the business will make it right for a good experience. Very satisfied today.
