Horrible experience...The person helping me had no customer service skills..rude..think it was the manager too..receipt says Ali#2085..Left my fries out of the order ...when I went back in to tell her..she rudely questioned me..said "you didn't order fries"I showed her the receipt..she said "oh"..she then put them in the bag..No apology what so ever on her part...Never go back there again..I'll go to the Wendy's in BrickRoute 70..where they are friendly..dont mess up my order

Food was good but priced high as heck these days. Last time I'm going to fast food until prices go down.

I come here pretty often in the morning and I can’t say it’s always good service but the new girl who was there today at the counter I believe the receipt name said mya or mia not sure as I threw it out already but she was extremely kind and nice she provided excellent service even more then you would expect from fast food when people give good service if only every one was that kind and dedicated to working properly

Everytime i go to this Wendy’s , there is always something. First they double charged my card. This time the food came out cold. They suck. I will not be going to this Wendy’s again!!

Made a trip to try the strawberry shake. Big mistake. It's terribly artificial tasting and was 2/3 melted after a five minute drive home. Chocolate and or vanilla always make it home frozen enough for a good brain freeze.Three spoons and I dumped it in the sink.Bring back vanilla!!!!

This has to be the worst Wendy's of all time every time I go there oh there I have a problem and I aint went there in years that's right I said years so I decided to go there tonight same thing worst Wendy's I've ever seen anywhere in the United States of America Always was horrible terrible they can never get nothing right

Normally, it’s fine food. I mean it’s fast food how good can it be. But for the last three times I’ve asked for a bit bacon they gave me a hamburger maybe a coincidence but Im a little mad since I hate ketchup, pickles and onions. Please just be more careful

I cannot believe the lack of respect the manager john had with me when my order was incorrect. He was rude and extremely unhelpful when all I was trying to do was fix my order. I will never come back here again.

Poor service. The ordering system for drive through is frequently not working. When you ask for a receipt, they say they can’t print one. McDonald’s is right down the road from there. Don’t waste your time going to this Wendy’s.

The people that work there need to be retrained, they were nice but service is not so great. Maybe, the owner of this franchise should pay them above minimum wage, have a retraining program, and then you will see better reviews.
