Great food at great prices! BYOB! Half price sushi at its best!
save your money, go somewhere else. food didn’t taste right at all, fish was warm and fishy. tempura was soggy , rice was old. when we said something they argued with us… poor customer service and even worst food.
food stinks even for half priced sushi. fish has a smell I get that but when it's bad I know it's bad workers want to argue. go elsewhere or get sick.

I've been going to Uminoya for quite some time now and I've never once had a bad or less than satisfactory experience. You are seated promptly, the serving staff are accommodating and quick to attend to you and the food comes out fresh every time.Uminoya has a wide selection of sushi rolls of tons of different variations. Sushi not your thing? That's fine! You can also find various hibachi options and dishes with lo mein, too. If you're looking to have a glass of wine with your meal or share some beer with your friends, you can BYOB any time! Everything is very well priced and for the amount of food you receive, it's totally worth it. Highly, highly recommend trying Uminoya at least once...but I can almost guarantee you'll be back a second time.
We love this place! Great sushi for the price. But anything you order there is really good.
Great sushi for a great price. Although it's inexpensive, it is definitely decent in quality. The dining room was busy when I was picking up my order.
Dined here for Valentine's Day and had a great meal. We both got different bento boxes for dinner and the overall meals were delicious.
Never dissatisfied with the food here. I think this is one of the best places to eat in Toms River. Period. And the prices are great, so you will walk out with a full belly without a thin wallet.
Food is good and they’re normally very fast but BE CAREFUL WITH TAP THRU. This is what they use for their online orders. They automatically add a tip even if you are picking up and it is very inconspicuous and hard to see. I just reviewed my receipts and paid over $30 in tips for pickup orders. Make sure you scroll all the way down to review before you complete your order!
The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is the way that the sushi gets packed on pick up orders. 4 rolls crammed into one tray is not the best way to do it for me.But no place beats their pricing and maybe that is how they keep their prices so reasonable.
