Went for casual dinner. Whiskey glazed burger, seasoned fries, whiskey glazed grilled chicken sandwich, seasoned fries.....delicious!!! Too much for me to eat but enough for my husband. Just good enough for a night out for two to relax.
Food was great only downside was we had to go inside to grab the food even though we asked for curbside
Husband and I have a great dinner, cheeseburger was delicious and the cob salad was to die for. Food is always consistent. Never disappointed.
Received very good service and good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Ribs were delicious. Overall a nice, positive experience.
Many servers helping one another. Looked servers had more than one job. Not very busy. No one was wearing masks as servers.

Had dinner with friends recently, my food was under cooked, sent it back to be cooked the way I had asked. Sent a message online mentioning my experience with the food issue. Received a response--wanting a description of the server, what I ate and the price etc. Why the inquisition? Will never recommend Fridays to anybody. Bas customer service.
Very disappointed by the changes made recently. I used to come in and see familiar faces but this time I was greeted by people who wouldn’t even ensure my favorite order I ALWAYS get. Was told I could not change anything on my combo and was extremely disappointed. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I have been coming here for years so it took me for a shock and I will not be back for a long time. So sad.
You need to listen to your customers when they order their food. We went today and the food was absolutely horrible. This wasn't the first time either, more the less fourth time. We will not be back at all. Definitely not happy as we are regular customers too.
I ordered delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. I have a large dog that barks even at lite knocking. I called the restaurant to ask them to add a phone number to the order and the lady on phone was rude and she she'll try, yet she never asked for the number. My food was left sitting on the cold contrete for God knows how long. I went downstairs at 1117pm being my order was due for 1129 and it was just sitting there. I knew it was cold by the touch. So between a employee who cause write a phone number on a paper to give to driver and then the driver leaving the food outside it was horrible. The food was 90% cold the other 10% was barely warm. I spent 80 bucks on food and delivery tip/fees and it was garbage. Waste on money.
