Used the drive-thru at this time and there was no one in line. Able to place my order with no confusion or receiving the wrong order. Fast and efficient service with no bs. Driving thru the parking lot within this plaza is an other story ?

I have had the same drink almost everyday for about 3 months. I got a Venti Americano with two Splenda and steamed Heavy cream. I can count on one hand how many times they actually steamed the heavy cream. Actually steaming it changes the texture and flavor of the coffee. The drink is simple and every single time I emphasize steamed at the window, they tell me they understand in an annoyed tone, and it is never steamed... Poor training or service I don't know. I decided today would be the last time I go there.
Really nice store and the location is easy to reach sometimes the drive through line can be a bit much. I would suggest walking in instead and ordering might go a bit quicker. Very friendly staff and overall a really nice vibe at this location
It would be nice if you gave a police officer free coffee. Will never go back place and management is shady.

Nice little Starbucks in the plaza. Drive-three can get backed up, but its okay because the line continuously is moving. I don’t know what they did with their Impossible breakfast sandwich that makes it taste so good here but keep it up, I never had a Starbucks make that sandwich like the baristas do here. It is phenomenal. Drinks are always good here as well. Nothing to complain about this hard working Starbucks team! Keep up the good work!
Ordered a hot Peppermint Latte and Impossible Breakfast Sandwich at the drive-thru. The cup was so hot and no sleeve offered. The sandwich had melted cheese all over its bag. All of this given with a trademark smile. You be the judge.
