I love the chai latte
I don't visit Starbucks much at all. But yesterday, I entered this Starbucks location excited because I had earned a ten dollar giftcard as a reward from P&G for being such a great panelist. Though to my surprise and embarrassment when the cashier entered the digital gift code she received an "invalid" error. Good thing I showed her the "electronic gift card" prior to ordering. I already contacted the company that issued me the gift card and am awaiting a response. But I am leaving this review of five stars simply for the cashier, whose name is Beth. Beth was so very pleasant with her customer service and ability to attempt to get the giftcard to work. She must have felt my embarrassment because she in return was such a sweetheart. Thanks Beth. Give Beth a raise!!!!
Starbucks at Ocean County mall is sometimes "hit or miss " however this time drinks tasted great and young man at counter knew immediately to sanitize blender when I mentioned an allergy!!! Drinks were excellent this time too

I've been drinking coffee here for 7 years,-7 Christmas time period- the past 6 Christmas times they were very good. But this year their coffee was so bad, I had to either take it back or throw it in the trash. Employees have changed and they haven't learned how to make good coffee. I couldn't drink good coffee at 2021 Christmas time.
A friend of mine in business just sent me video, of the typical ice machines he services from fast food chains and I gagged! Now order drinks with no ice! Sent me a Starbucks ice machine video saying always love working on these, and it looked new! Including this location!!!! Something to think about! Thanks Starbucks for recognizing this is a issue w lack of maintenance…. Your videos were pristine! And note worthy

If you're use to Baristas that know their business, listen to how you want your coffee etc. You may want to skip this particular location. Despite how you order your coffee, you'll get it how they want to make it. I won't be returning there.
