Ordered a simple wrap. Called back over an hour later they said the driver just left 10 minutes ago..ok fine. It’s been 20 minutes since then and still no sign of the driver. I’m less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant and we’re quickly approaching the 2 hour mark. Never again.
Ordered through grubhub and the delivery driver dropped off the wrong order. We flagged down the driver who was gone. Grubhub refunded the money we reordered and we started eating the incorrect food as we waited for our reorder. Real time update they want the food back and not sure why. So be careful they clearly don’t care about health code violations.Real time update: they just tried to charge us FOR THE INCORRECT ORDER when we tried to reorder and give them another chance. The customer service is atrocious. Please avoid at all costs.
Service was terrible from the minute we got there. It starts out when they bring a cup of water over and the lemon falls out onto the menus, they pick it up and put it right back into the cup. Then, we ordered a soda, garlic knots, and a pizza. I could not get a refill for my soda, we told the older blonde woman, she didn't want to be bothered. She brought the pizza over, and we still did not receive the garlic knots or any plates or silverware. She just wanted to stay at the front counter.Also, 4th of July weekend, no AC and they said they could not get a repairman for almost a week.
So disappointed. I ordered through Door Dash. The potato and eggs tasted like fish. The prosciutto and mushroom penne (I chose over fettucine) was horrible. Gummy, flooded with what Im certain was vodka sauce from a jar. The mushrooms were canned and the "prosciutto" were the size of overcooked bacon bits.
Went there for a birthday lunch/dinner. Looked like a dive on the outside. We thought we were at the wrong place. The inside was nice and clean. Food was fantastic and service was wonderful. We had a picky eater with us who had his fill. Recommend! Very good tasty food!
The food was great, processed were very good, quality of food was good. Fresh calamari, lasagna, clams were all phenomenal. The veal prosciutto desired a lil more flavor, but overall 4.4. We really enjoyed and services was also exceptional. Thank you for our experience.
Pizza and garlic bread was amazing friendly staff
I’ve been ordering from them through door dash. EVERY TIME I order the Baked Ravioli with sauce (in the description it states it comes with melted mozzarella cheese) and I state in the instructions box “please don’t forget the melted cheese. It’s my favorite part. Thank you :)” they ALWAYS forget it. First world problems, I know . But man , it’s frustrating as a consumer. I gave you guys multiple shots and just every time you screw up the order. I’m done ordering from here. I give up ?️.
Food is always excellent, big portions and greatcservice. We live in Jackson and have Italian restaurants nearcus but travel to Toms River. Gotta tell you something.
