Love this chicken. My 1st experience with Popeyes (not this restaurant) was not good and never wanted to eat it again. I gave this one a try and I was so glad I did . Thank you for making great chicken and food.
Great service, order taker was so nice.Food had a awesome presentation.Only reason for 4 stars is that the chicken had no taste, its a shame because it was perfectly breaded, fresh, and looked great.Mashed Potatoes werent that great either.
Drive through people in Toms River we’re not friendly at all. I asked two questions and was completely ignored. And since when does a chicken sandwich cost you more than 5 dollars? Four months ago it was $3.25Good sandwich, over priced, will not be going back to any Popeyes.
I enjoyed eatingpopeye'schickenat othe locations, But the one in toms river is horrible. Something wrong with the way they prepare thier chicken. Maybe they are not following procedures. I tried the chicken sandwich and it wasn't crispy. And I tried the regular chicken and it was dry and tasted old. I don't think they dispose the chicken from previous day.
They get your order fast, I love their chicken, but....the person that took our order repeated it back to us. I get home and it's wrong. I love quite a way across town so there was no going back. Popeyes, please tell your service people to pay attention. It's not the first time this has happened either. We were really upset
Pulled up, ordered a family meal. The gentleman offered to substitute the biscuits we won't eat for fries. It was agreed. As I was about to ask for dessert and beverages, the guy gave me the total and dismissed me without allowing me to add to the meal. The order was wrong and we ended up with biscuits we didn't want. Coleslaw was not tasty, the potatoes were OK. Chicken was fine.
Very efficient and polite employees. The food was very good so I will return when I am in the mood for some Popeyes chicken.
