They can never get orders right!!! And the food is horrible!!!! They need better customer service!!! There is a reason they can’t keep employees!!!! This place is a joke!!!
I had bad experiences there not enough staff and also did not get what I ordered. Complained and was told by the manager because they only has kids working there. No excuse
got breakfast it was a little slow no one at the cash window I didn't hear t the MSN say 2nd window for payment so I sat there waiting till I saw the lady in front of me pay that window meal was ok no problems
When ordering hot coffee, the lid pops off, burning me, ignoring us while it burns then the worker finally gets napkins and takes forever to get a new cup of coffee!
I went around 6pm midweek. I use my app for points the person taking order didn’t seem familiar when I asked if they want my app #. I was happy & surprised there was NO line. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. There were 2 people talking at the register and 1 finally opened window and said I was good to go (I pay through app) - when I got to food window there were no less than 4 people kind of hanging & chatting. I got my sandwich and when I got home I had a cold like refrigerator cold “Spicey” chicken sandwich not what I ordered and I am not even sure was cooked. I called the 800 # on the window and no response? I think I will have it my way next time
Stopped by on the way home.Big Macs, fries and a mocha frappe.The drive thru had a long line, but it went extremely fast. I used my bogocoupon for a free Big Mac, too.Everything was great. It always is at this location.
I do not go to McDonald's often. I just want to know when did the size of a Big Mac become the size of the old double cheeseburger? Also, the thickness of the burger you can almost see through it. Terrible.Even French fries, usually great, now so cold and soggy...very disappointing and my last visit ...Hello chic fil a.......

Shamrock shakes are back at the McDonald's on route 37 in Toms River. A small one costs over $3.00 with tax. It comes with whipped topping. They provide a paper straw. Service at the drive-thru was rather slow, but staff was friendly.
Ordered breakfast , wait wasn't too long inside restaurant. Food was hot and all items were correct
