Worst experience from any McDonald's here. 1st window was rushing us to complete our order. 2nd window, little short Hispanic girl, had such an attitude that I'm shocked she even has a job. There is no reason to speak rudely to people when they can't listen in the first place. 0 stars.
We did curbside pickup and the lady who brought our order was nice. Nothing wrong with our order. Thank you!
Whenever I happen to use the drive thru it’s a pleasure when Remy works. She always gets my confusing kids’ orders correct, no attitude, just a big smile. She’s very sweet and patient. Definitely an asset to the company!!! There are 2 other McDonalds close by but I’ll stick with this one for the service.
Just had someone who didn’t speak great English get my order wrong and a Karen tell me she heard me say the wrong order. Terrible food too almost cold wish I could do 0 stars. Terrible do not eat here
The service is great here! Although Teddy really stuck out to me. He has great customer service and really takes the extra mile to make sure us guest get the best quality we deserve.
I pulled up in the drivethru. The lady handed me my food. I then put the food down in my car, looked back at the lady and midsentence she slammed the door to the drive-through window in my face after I asked her if they had honey mustard sauce. It made me feel embarrassed and saddened. she also only gave us one honey mustard when we ordered two large fries. unexceptable.
Was there w/ my 3yr old grandson. The manager Jasmine n her staff were polite n accommodating. My grandson was happy w/ his happy meal toy but saw another toy in the display case n wanted a particular toy which the manager Jasmine found by digging thru their stock of happy meal toys.Thnk you Jasmine because of you n your staff we'll be back more often to this particular McDonald's. Have a great spring n summer.
I get my coffee here about three times a week in the am. I absolutely love Nicole who is one of the morning managers. She is always pleasant and friendly to the customers, her sidekick Toni is also very nice. I get a 16 oz decaf hazelnut with four creamers. The only coffee I can drink without a sweetener.
