The employees can barely communicate with the customer and can easily mess up a simple order.but as for the decorum of the lobby area and inside dining:"it is well stocked with contiments and extremely clean demeanor remains.
Had the customers waiting over 20 minutes. Saw an employee come out and go back in . Said nothing. After over 30 minutes decided to turn the lights off at the drive thru . Wound up just leaving . Disappointing and seems to be a pattern that I hope stops in the near future.
Could not finish the burgers the taste was just off, and my brother didn’t eat his fries. Even the drink-dr.pepper was not drinkable, i poured mine out.
Slow drive thru service. Also let people order at the pickup window.2 burgers and a fries took 15 minutes in drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. Except for the car at the window ordering extra good. Should have had to go park in drive thru waiting area for there food.
If there was something under 1 star that what I would have given this awful place ...they severed my husband coffee with caffiene after he ordered decaf...he is highly allergic to caffiene and when I called them they put the phone down and I could hear the laughing in the background...I called back 2x and was hung up onLast year I had an awful experience there when I was served hot water in flimsy plastic soda cup...which spilt on me and caused a burn on my legI reported both incidents to McDonalds leadership team with no response to date ..I have to say this is the worst place ever...I frequent the McDonald near my home and I can't say enough good things about them and the competent friendly staff
Place is horrible. No one speaks English. Always get the wrong order. Management takes no ownership ship to the mistakes on top of that u wait close to 30 minutes to get wrong food. Place is run by people with no management skills. They don't even know how to defuse or make right a wrong order they made. They basically tell you if u mad don't come here anymore. Place is trash. I feel more like trash for leaving a McDonald's review but place is that bad
I got the most driest bouble quarter pounder of my life . It looked like it was cooked yesterday and then sat all-day. I couldn't eat it .
Just don't go to this one at all. Thee worst managers ever especially the night manager. She's the rudest person on the planet. Just completely ignored and walked right past us. We were in the drive thru for 20 minutes am not 1 person said anything. So we went inside to be ignored the whole in there. Another 30 minutes for a receipt a freaking receipt. Wasn't even packed ? she was just rude. Travel further away for a different because you will always be disappointed, irritated and stressed out coming to this one
I wish I can give this 0 stars. I came here one night with 8 cars in line waiting for 45 minutes. You have 1GUY working taking orders and making food. Why would you put one employee for nights? Big props to that guy working by himself. The guy deserves a raise and he shouldn't have been apologizing to us because of bad management.
Consistently the worst service and food quality possible.2 drive thru’s put in for no reason. 1 side 3 orders go by while other side waits.special orders always the complete opposite. Meat dried out fries cold no salt. Pay full price now for smaller 2 hour steam table microwave burger. crew too busy with online app orders to work the drive thru.3 times I’m done.this was the manager on the headset taking my order . Finally I pulled up n parked at the window and demanded a refund because they wouldn’t answer the mic when I got back in line to return. Enjoy the price gouging while you can because people won’t tolerate being ripped off for long. Pandemic won’t last forever
