Third time through the drive thru and they screwed up my order. Wouldn't care if I didn't have to pay extra for chicken parts I don't want.
I found a bloody dirty bandaid in my fries!That means someone wasn't wearing gloves! Called corporate and owner they are in DENILE PLEASE DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH
The Toms River location is absolutely horrible at getting your order correct, 99% of the time we receive our order items are missing, always check your order before you leave, and if you get delivery plan on having to go back yourself to get the missing items.
Love this KFC super cool atmosphere and great food!( kinda weird that I got a bag of soda)but good none the less

I got a breast an thigh meal that was awesome!! Staff was friendly. Nobody can mess with the colnel. He is and will forever be undefeated in this chicken game.
Unfortunately have nothing nice to say ...waited on the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. Finally got to the microphone to order and was told there was no chicken left. Are you kidding me. !!! Manager should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY...Owner , where are you....if you don't have the goods then close your door....WOULD NEVER GO BACK
Was told I had to wait 25 minutes for extra crispy chicken how do you let yourself run out of chicken at dinner time when that's what you sell
Food was good, what seemed to be the manager was quite rude. I was left waiting 10 extra minutes because no one asked me about order. I was eventually asked what I was doing there unlike how the person in front of was treated.
