I am horribly disappointed. My husband and I went for lunch. We both had soup which was at best bland he had a salad and the dressing was pretty good, sadly it was the only thing that was good. I ordered scallion pancakes which actually had oil dripping out of them like cheap pizza. the shumai which is supposed to be shrimp was actually fish with a tiny piece of shrimp in it. the dumplings tasted frozen and were the size of a Reece's mini peanut butter cup. My husband got Pad Thai chicken noodles, they use chili oil to mimic flavor which hides the lack of real actual flavor. The oil stays on your tongue so there is nothing but heat. The portions were a good size but who wants to eat food like that?? The prices were fair but the food lacked flavor, nuance, depth and the most important ingredient....someone caring about what it tastes like.
Great atmosphere! The hibachi cook was on point! Thanks man! My steak was actually cooked the way I ordered. 1st for me for a hibachi restaurant. Usually always over cooked. BYOB! Only very small hiccup was the servers delivering appetizers to the wrong people. It was actually funny cause they did it every time. Good experience overall
We are extremely loyal customers, we tip well and are extremely polite, but no matter how hard we try we are treated extremely poorly and very disrespectfully. The food is good for the most part but they are extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming. The waitress/waiter come 4 times, to take the order, give us the food, then to give us the check and take the check. Some how in those 4 short interactions, they find a way to be disgustingly rude.
1st time there and we were not disappointed. Service was exemplary, the food was spot on and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back.
Used to enjoy their food but lately the quality lacks. Ordered hibachi steak, the rice was undercooked, the steak had no seasoning and they changed some of the sauces and not for the better. Going forward will stick with Shogun Legends or Umiyoma

Great service very quick, food was all pipping hot. The noodles and steak were a little salty but still delicious. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.
The person who was cooking the food was awesome and was interacting with us as usual. Just the person who asked about the bill had us pay $32.53 over the amount of money we had already spent which was around 180.00! Why say we have to pay a high amount in paying a tip when we already spent so much. We never heard that until now and that's not fair.
Food was good but charged me for a combo after I specifically ordered just chicken hibachi…they gave me chicken hibachi with three pieces of shrimp and by the time I realized and started eating it there wasn’t anything I could do, yum yum sauce is delicious though! Staff is accommodating but not very friendly, and the soda price is ridiculous…nearly 3 dollars for a diet coke!!!!
Worse experience at a hibachi restaurant ever. I will never ever be spending another dime at an Ichiban ever again. Rude employees with attitude and no manors. When asked to speak to a manager I was told by a regular employee “I am the manager” and when I responded If he would mind if I spoke to a REAL manager and he said “he did mind”. Got problem handled after long wait for the real manager. Long story short do not come here if you like to be treated with respect. Terrible experience for me and my family
