Lately in the early morning hours 6:30am the drive thru has been messing up my order..The other day I ordered Choc Chip Muffin & I received Blueberry, today I ordered XL Hot Coffee with 2 creams and no sugar...I received an XL Coffee black with 2 sugars..Both times I didn't notice until I was home...They need to becareful, when customers are paying the prices they charge your order should be correct!
So other than being the slowest place on 37, literally waited 20 minutes for 4 cars to order in front of me. Do yourself a favor, go to a different location.
Staff usually greets customers with a smile, and my orders rarely get messed up.. the only tiff I have is sometimes the coffee tastes bitter like it's been "cooking" awhile, idk ... They do run out of doughnuts fast so, maybe I have two tiffs ?♀️?

Asked for a frozen coffee extra cream, extra caramel the lady told me “we don’t do that. It comes as is” when I go to another Dunkin’ it’s never been an issue
Ordered an iced coffee on my way home from vacation and it ended up being an iced tea. Yuk was a huge disappointment.
I like the options, and some were very very good. If you want to steer clear of the sweet stuff get the Avacado toast, delicious. The donuts are still yummy. I wish they wouldn't put peper on every thing..there are some folks that don't like it.
The line in drive thru was long and i mean loooong. 2 ppl ahead of me left without ordering. I pull up to order and realize why the long wait. They took an order and completed that order before waiting on the next person in line.
