I visited the drive-thru later in the afternoon about 5pm and ordered an iced coffee and some food. The iced-coffee was the worst I've ever had from a dunkin donuts. It was undrinkable and I poured the whole thing down the drain. The employees at the drive thru window were extremely unprofessional, talking loudly about their personal matters and blaring music from a personal speaker. I went back a week later and ordered another iced coffee and had the same experience- an undrinkable, disgusting coffee that I threw out. Worst dunkin donuts I've been to and will not return. I contacted customer service and they said a representative from the store would be in touch - never heard anything.

This location is hit or miss. Asked for two medium chai lattes. One iced, one hot. Got them home and have no idea what this is. Either one. This is not the first time this has happened. That’s another $11 down the drain. Thanks Rt. 37 Dunkin.

I’ve had so many problems at this location. One of them being they’ve given me regular coffee when I asked for decaf because I’m PREGNANT! I had to stop going to this one because they’re always goofing off and not listening. My order is always wrong. The photo below shows the muffin I ordered — toasted with butter. When I got home there was a chunk of egg in it. GROSS. Never again.

I like this location a lot because they always have all goods at all times. The only thing i do not like is the yelling the cowrokers be having inside. They are so loud and the way the communicate one another its not professional. Come on guys we can do better than that. Lets provide an excellent customer service.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years! When Penny owned it, everyone was so friendly and accommodating that everyone would know everyone's name!I stop here every morning on my way to wrk in Cherry Hill. I have NEVER gotten a hello, hood morning,have a nice day or a that you! Today we stopped to get coffees that were wrong size and wrong condiments, no napkins wth 3 orders of avocado toast, no muffin that i orderd and the woman at the window handed our order and turned her bk and walked away with no comments.Horrible service! Sadly you lost another customer!

I don't know what was going on, but myself and another customer waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone took our order or even acknowledged us. Lots of staff hanging around the drive thru chatting but nobody at the front.

They dont know what they are doing there for the 3 time i went there they didn't do it rite. Didn't load my card rite had to go back over they over charged on my debit they talk too much and the help as no clue will not go back and I live close to it will go to Starbucks instead they always get my order rite there. Manger at dunkin had no clue.

ON 6/1 At 2pm HORRIBLE SERVICE WAITED ON LINE FOR 35 minutes. EMPLOYEE GOT SNARKY WITH ME WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, TOLD HER I WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES, Her COMMENT WAS “WELL WE STILL HAVE TO MAKE YOUR ORDER” NO NAME TAGS CANT EVEN GET A NAME. VERY NASTY, EMPLOYEE HOLDING HIS PHONE WHILE TRYING TO BAG FOOD, NO INFECTION CONTROL AT ALL!!! DUNKIN DONUTS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF THAT WORKED THIS SHIFT ON THIS DAY!!! THEY SUCKED AND THEY DIDN’T CARE THAT THEY SUCKED! GIRL AT THE WINDOW MOCKED ME WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS WRITING A REVIEW.

Call to speak to a manager for assistance.. They told me there's no Manager around. When I asked the name of the manager they told me they don't know the manager's name. Can't give me the name as well.Not able to provide information for corporate office. Had an attitude of disrespect treated an elderly customer. Laughed at them in their face was the rudest service that there could possibly be with the handicap older man and an autistic child present.If they have this disrespect for their customers. It would not be surprising if they lack cleanliness as well. I would not be surprised if the health department was to shut them down.I suggest avoiding this location in Toms river Nj.
