Please do not accept coupons if you plan on taking shortcuts to make up for your losses because of the coupon. After bringing my 2 blizzards home and digging through them, 2 pieces of banana and 2 tiny pieces of pineapple were in each of them. I asked for strawberries too, and not one strawberry was in either. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream, I could have gotten a Frosty at Wendy's for half the price. This is not the only time this has happened, but it is the first time I am publicly complaining about it. Also, the girl working the register had no personality...no emotions at all. It seemed as though we were inconveniencing her. Maybe it is her first job, or it was her first day on the job, so that could explain that aspect of my experience. However, any time I have gone there, I have never met anyone personable. The food service industry is not only based on good product but also based on employees who make customers feel like they are not a bother. Sorry to have left this negative review, but maybe it will get your attention so you can make things better.

Pretty good, I got a blizzard and my husband got a dipped cone. No complaints, delicious as always. Location was clean and bright, easy to see the menu. Workers were kind and got our order to us quickly. Very pleasant experience.

People were smiling and happy. Is there anyway for a bigger sign. I Google DQ did not know it was there. Blizzard passed the upside down and more importantly taste test.
