Isn’t the best chipotle but that’s management to blame. I eat here quite often for after gym meals and notice a few reoccurring things. The workers are understaffed and over worked leading to number 2 which is then being overworked leads to lazy effort and nasty attitudes. I can tell if I’m gonna get a full serving of chicken depending on the workers tone of voice. There is no general leadership or direction from a manager while on shift. If I had a penny for every time someone that made my bowl or the persons infront of mine has walked away and a new worker comes out from the back to pick up on the line is insane I would be rich. The issue with this is this just leads to people dropping things mid work leading to messy work areas, trash overflowing, a line being created to the door, food being empty and not called back to the line, etc. in no way shape or form do I blame this on the workers I know exactly how it’s like however I can assure you that it is not managed well
Ordered three meals. Two out of the three were entirely missing meat, which were both steak which is more expensive, and my bowl was barely filled halfway with food. It seems every time I order food from this restaurant my order is wrong or missing items. I prefer Howell's store, as it's cheaper and of higher quality overall.
The worst chipotle I have been to. Even when ordering in the store they screw up the order. The employees all have EarPods in and don't even pay attention to what you are telling them. So sad to see how quality and service has declined at this location over the years and clearly management doesn't care.
Without a doubt the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I visit there’s one person sluggishly working the line and the rest of the crew pretending to not see the line of customers forming. Once you finally get an employee to squeeze you into their busy schedule you get an attitude the whole time. Once you leave you get home and there’s 4 chips in the bag and the cueso is crusty and stale. Go to the one in brick instead you’ll be much more pleased.
This is the 4th time I have ordered from This Chipotle and the last 3 the team said they were out of salad dressing. Today I called before I order and they confirmed they did have it ... both salads have the dressing o. The label... of course when it was delivered no dressing ... you can't get I touch with anyone at the store as they don't answer and the machine is difficult to get passed... this is ridiculous ... I will NEVER order from here again! To many times I've been disappointed!Do better!
This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too, and I blame MANAGEMENT!!!! Employee’s are over worked because they’re always short staffed, some of them seem very confused or uneducated. And the location is always dirty and unorganized both behind the counter and in the seating area. All the tables were filthy and i had to clean my own table with seltzer and napkins to sit down and eat my burrito that was a massive ball because the guy making it wrecked the first one, so they just double wrapped it in another tortilla. I could’ve played soccer with it. Zoom in on the pic you’ll see the condition of the tables and floors. Oh and theres NO BATHROOM!!!!!! Not one that i saw atleast so I left with messy burrito sticky fingers. Thats my dream Chipotle!
I picked up my order and my drink was not in the bag, was ignored until someone finally realized and gave me my cup with no apology. I opened my bag fully at home and there was no dressing for my salad. Not only was my drink not packaged but neither was my salad dressing. I had to drive all the way back for the lady working to be annoyed at my presence that stemmed from their own mistake, and received no apology or care for the inconvenience caused. Highly disappointed.
Ate here yesterday. Slim picking available. Within 3 hours i was sick and up all night in the bathroom. Food poisoning... Bathroom all day. Will spare the details. Do not recommend.Original review 3 star :Food is good, but this place always looks like a preschool cafeteria. Tables always dirty, floor dirty, trash overflowing.
I don’t frequent chipotle by any means but I have to say this location really sucks. My husband went in a few nights ago to pick up dinner and apparently you “can’t order a quesadilla in the store” you have to order it on their app? Okay. They were also out of chips, which was annoying. Why do they have such stupid rules in this place? You can’t make a quesadilla unless it’s ordered on the app when a customer is standing in front of you? $40 for two bowls is also ridiculous. I’d rather get Mahana Fresh.
This location is tough! They move at a snails pace! ALOT OF BODIES, NOT ALOT OF PROGRESS…7 mins (yes I timed) watched the take out crew (2) 7 minutes to make 3 bowls and pack (3) guacamoles… In my food service days, I would of done that in 2!
