Our server Gianna was amazing she had an amazing personality and when we joked with her she knew how to respond and make us laugh! The soup appetizers were a little cold but she was right on it and got us new ones right away! Overall great service and good food!!
First time there. Service was awesome. Food was good. I had a burger that was cooked perfect and my date had fajitas that were good as well. Def will go back.
Somewhat ashamed to say I am a regular at Chilis, but I am certainly a regular. Allie at the bar is the absolute best! Friendly, conversational, and a great bartender. Love coming in each month to try the Margarita of the Month!
Everytime I come here with my brother, we REQUEST Allison. She works at the bar, but serves as well. This girl is phenomenal. Knows her stuff, amazing personality. She's going places. Ask for her when you come you won't regret it. VERY knowledgeable with different drinks, she's your girl.
Experience is good. We go enough to where we know a like a few of the servers! Food is good and prices are decent! Love the 2for25$
I was just raving about your presidential margarita only for my second one to have bugs floating in it ? I’m not normally one to take to Facebook and complain but to get 5 dollars and 2 free kids meals after not coming out for 20 minutes after said innocent is kinda bs atleast our waitress (Kate) was stellar
Absolutely disgusting. The food was just awful. From the dish of red water masquerading as salsa to the rubber steak in my fajita to the flavorless and chewy chicken to the chunky sour cream. The kids grilled cheese I don’t have words for. We didn’t even finish our meal asked for the bill and left! Will never return or recommend.
I came on Mother’s Day I expected it to be crowded and understaffed. My husband and I waited patiently for an hour and a half with no food in sight. We had the manager come over and figure out what happened and our food got lost in the system. My husband was very angry but both the manager and waitress both handled the situation professionally and apologized respectfully. We are sad we had to wait so long for the food but grateful the manager was a great guy!
My wife and I Ordered food from chilis and when it arrived it was completely disgusting. The food was not cooked as ordered, and was burnt to the point of being inedible. The packing/stacking the nachos onto another lay of nachos is just idiotic. The cheese becomes stuck on the underside “layer” of foil used to separate the nachos (common sense).Very disappointed with this order.
Very limited menu which really doesn't take into account that everyone doesn't want texmex. Need alternatives for other family members that accompany Tex/mex fans. Food was OK but definitely would not be back
